Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 August 2026 · Applies to Angel Numbers AI for iOS and Android

This policy describes what Angel Numbers AI actually does, not what a template says a mobile app usually does. The short version: there is no account, no email address, no advertising identifier and no analytics of any kind. What we do hold is the information you type into the app — principally your name and your date of birth — because your entire chart is calculated from it, and because it is sent to the AI models that write your readings.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data described here is Artem Vlasiuk, the independent developer who publishes Angel Numbers AI ("we", "us"). The same name appears as the seller on the app's App Store and Google Play listings. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything in this policy.

2. There is no account

Angel Numbers AI has no sign-up screen. The first time you open it, the app creates an anonymous identifier for your installation. We never ask for an email address, a phone number or a password, and we never receive one. That anonymous identifier is what your purchases, credits and readings belong to, which is why it is stored in your device's secure keychain and survives a reinstall — losing it would mean losing anything you had paid for.

3. What you give us, and why

Your profile

Your first name (or whatever name you enter), your date of birth, optionally your time of birth, optionally your gender, and your app language. Every number in the app is derived from these. They are stored on your device and copied to our database so your chart can be rebuilt on a new device and so the readings you paid for are not lost.

Your onboarding answers

The app asks a short series of tap-only questions — what you are focused on, your relationship situation, which numbers you keep noticing. There is no free-text field: every answer is one of a fixed set of options, stored as a short code rather than as prose.

Your readings

Each reading the app generates is stored with the request that produced it, so that reopening a reading you paid for never charges you a second time.

Your purchases

When you buy a subscription, a lifetime unlock or a pack of credits, our payments provider sends us a record of that event. It identifies the product, the store, whether the purchase is live or a test purchase, when it happened, and the store's own transaction identifiers; depending on the store it may also include the country and the price paid. We never see your card number, your billing address or any other payment detail — those stay with Apple or Google.

Your journal and your streak

The numbers you log, where you saw them (chosen from a fixed list: a phone, a plate, a receipt, a clock, other) and your daily streak stay on your device only. They are not uploaded and we cannot see them.

4. What we never collect

  • No email address, phone number or password.
  • No contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.
  • No location, at any precision.
  • No advertising identifier (IDFA), and no advertising SDK of any kind.
  • No analytics, no crash reporting, no attribution or marketing SDK.
  • No browsing history and no cross-app tracking.
  • No free text — the app has no notes field to type into.

The app's typefaces are bundled inside it rather than fetched from a font service, specifically so that opening a screen does not disclose your IP address to a third party.

5. Artificial intelligence: what is sent, and to whom

Readings are written by third-party AI models. This section exists so you know exactly what reaches them before you ask for one.

What is sent

Your name as you typed it, your date of birth, your time of birth if you gave one, the numbers we already calculated from them, your sun sign and Chinese year, your tap-only onboarding answers, and — for a reading about a specific number — which number you saw and when. Your journal is never sent.

Who receives it

Your device sends the request to our own server, which forwards it to OpenRouter, Inc. (United States), a routing service that passes it to the model that writes your reading. The models we use are operated by Anthropic (Claude Haiku 4.5 and Claude Sonnet 5, United States) and, when the primary model is unavailable, OpenAI (GPT-5.5, United States).

Your permission

The app asks for your explicit permission before the first time any of this is sent, and explains it there in the same terms. You can decline; the calculated part of the app works without AI readings.

Someone else's data

A compatibility reading is about two people. If you ask for one, the name and date of birth you enter for the other person are stored with that reading and are sent to the AI models exactly as your own are. Please only enter another person's details if they are content for you to do so. If you are that other person and you would like their record removed, write to us and we will delete it.

6. The companies involved

CompanyWhat it does for usWhat reaches it
Supabase Database, anonymous sign-in and the server that generates readings. Hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Everything in section 3 except your journal and streak.
OpenRouter, Inc. (US) Routes each reading request to a model. Everything listed in section 5.
Anthropic (US) Writes readings (Claude Haiku 4.5, Claude Sonnet 5). Everything listed in section 5.
OpenAI (US) Writes readings only when the primary model fails (GPT-5.5). Everything listed in section 5.
RevenueCat (US) Manages subscriptions and tells us what you are entitled to. Your anonymous identifier and your purchase events.
Apple / Google Take the payment and own the receipt. Your payment details — which we never receive.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train any AI model.

7. Where your data is stored, and where it travels

Our database is hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt, Germany. Reading requests, however, are processed by companies in the United States, so the data described in section 5 is transferred outside the EEA. Those transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented by the recipients' own safeguards.

8. How long we keep it

Your profile and your readings are kept for as long as your installation exists, so that a reading you paid for stays available to you. We do not currently run an automatic deletion schedule; if you want your data removed, section 9 is the route, and we act on those requests.

9. Deleting your data

"Erase my data" inside the app clears your device. It removes your profile, your saved readings, your journal and your streak from the phone you are holding. To be exact about what it does not do: it does not delete the copies on our server.

For that, write to [email protected] and ask us to delete your data. We will remove your profile, your readings and your purchase records, and confirm when it is done. Because there is no account, please send the request from the app's support screen where possible, or tell us the name and date of birth you entered so we can find the right record.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live — in particular under the GDPR in the EEA and the UK, and under the CCPA in California — you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to it. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days, and there is no charge.

Our lawful bases are: your consent, which you give before any AI reading is generated and can withdraw at any time; performance of a contract, for purchases and the entitlements they buy; and our legitimate interest in the app working at all, for the profile the calculations require.

If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

Angel Numbers AI is rated for general audiences but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

12. This website

angelnumbersai.app is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts and loads no external fonts or images. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and defend it from abuse.

13. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and if the change is significant we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
