1. What this app is — and what it is not

Angel Numbers AI is for entertainment purposes only. It calculates numbers from the birth date and name you give it, using conventions drawn from numerological tradition, and it presents written interpretations of those numbers.

Nothing in the app is professional advice. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not make decisions about your health, your money, your legal position or your relationships on the basis of anything the app tells you. If you need advice, consult someone qualified to give it.

The interpretations are a tradition, not a science, and no outcome is promised, forecast or guaranteed.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account, or the absence of one

There is no account to create. The app identifies your installation anonymously. That identifier is what your purchases and readings belong to, and it is stored in your device's secure storage. If you delete the app and your device's secure storage is cleared, or you move to a device that does not restore it, you may lose access to purchases — use "Restore purchases" in Settings, and contact us if that does not recover them.

4. Free use, subscriptions and credits

What is free

Every number the app calculates is free, together with one complete AI reading each day, the number journal and the streak. No payment is required to use the app.

Subscriptions

A Premium subscription is offered on weekly, monthly and yearly terms, and unlocks unlimited decodes, a full personal reading every day and the reminder notifications. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Prices vary by country and are always shown by your store before you confirm.

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, it is available on selected plans and in selected countries only, and only to customers who have not already used a trial in the same subscription group. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Managing and cancelling

Subscriptions are managed entirely in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, not by us. You may cancel there at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Credits and the lifetime unlock

Credits are a one-time purchase used to generate specific long-form readings. They do not renew and they do not expire. A credit is spent when a reading is generated; if generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. Opening a reading you already own never costs a credit again. The lifetime unlock is a single purchase that grants Premium permanently and does not renew.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are governed by their policies rather than ours — we cannot issue a refund directly. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: the Play Store order history. Where a store reverses a purchase, the corresponding subscription or credits are withdrawn.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the app's source or prompts;
• use the app or its output to build a competing product or dataset;
• access the app's servers by any means other than the app itself, or attempt to exceed the limits placed on free use;
• enter another person's details for a compatibility reading where you have no reason to believe they would agree;
• resell, republish or present the app's readings as professional advice from any person or organisation.

6. AI-generated content

Readings are written by third-party AI models on the basis of numbers our own code calculates. AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent between requests, or simply wrong, and two readings generated from the same numbers will not be identical. We do not warrant that any reading is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose. The privacy policy names the companies whose models are used and states exactly what is sent to them.

7. Ownership

The app, its design, its calculation engine and its written material are ours and are protected by copyright. The readings generated for you are yours to keep, share and screenshot for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We will not remove a feature you have paid for during a paid period without offering a remedy. Readings require an internet connection; the calculated numbers do not.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any decision you make on the basis of the app's content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and if the update materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing here takes away the mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live: if the law of your own country gives you a right that these terms would remove, that law wins, and you may always bring a claim before your local courts.

13. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not between you and Apple or Google. Those companies are not responsible for the app or its content, and have no obligation to provide support for it. They are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
